Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Customized or clearance items are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

  • Email us at rareshopusa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide return shipping instructions if your request is approved.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5โ€“7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you havenโ€™t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card companyโ€”it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at rareshopusa@gmail.com.

5. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
